The torc is made of two coreless golden tubes with ending-tops in shape of heads of hoofed animal, decorated with insets of turquoise. Images of hoofed animals are completed in Sarmatian polychrome animal style – with an elongated muzzle and long ears turned back. Along with the torc in the complex of accidental findings called a Davydov treasure were found golden items: a bracelet with tied endings, a buckle with an inlay, ribed bead, sewed on plaques and a thin plate with an ornament.
Exhibit’s purpose of use – a prestigious mans’ ornament.
