Swedish-Danish-Russian Telephone joint Stock company L.M.Erikson and Co.” was organized in 1900 in Stockholm.
In 1901, after signing a contract with the Russian General Directorate of posts and telegraphs, the Company strengthened its position in the market of telephone services in three cities of the Russian Empire: St. Petersburg, Moscow and Warsaw, providing orders for built in 1897 by L.M.Erikson in St.Petersburg telephone factory. In 1905 the company was transformed into “Russian joint-Stock company L.M.Erikson and Co.”
